Raising young Praying Mantis

Normally hundreds of Praying Mantis hatches at the same time from their cocoon. During the first time the tiny insects can be kept together in a larger terrarium and have to be fed sufficiently. But later when they are growing, they become cannibalistic and must be kept separately. To minimize the space, each praying mantis can be kept in a small plastic jar with a clear lid. A small twig in the box is necessary that the Praying Mantis can rest on it. A vertical storage of the many boxes can minimise the necessary space. Therefore the boxes can be fixed at the wall and hang over each other. However, the insects can be controlled and fed easily in these boxes.
